Currently serving as a Partner at Saltus since November 2022, Damien specializes in creating personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their life goals. As the Director and Trainer at The Financial Planning Training Academy since October 2016, Damien focuses on enhancing the skills of financial planners. Previous roles include Owner of Pilgrim Financial Planning Ltd, CEO of IronBright Investment Management Limited, and Owner & CEO of Brunel Capital Partners Ltd, where Damien provided independent financial advisory services.
