Abheek Banerjee

Abheek Banerjee is a seasoned professional in commercial strategy and business development, currently serving as the VP of Commercial & Strategy at Saltworks Technologies since June 2025. Previously, Abheek held the position of Strategy & Business Development Manager at Enerflex Ltd. from October 2022 to June 2025, following a role as Product Line Manager at Exterran from May 2018 until its acquisition by Enerflex. Abheek has also made contributions to the Produced Water Society as a Technical Committee member, and served as Project Manager at H2O Systems Inc., where significant projects included collaborations with major firms such as Cenovus Energy and DOW Chemical Co. Abheek's earlier experience includes roles in wastewater treatment technology development at Terragon Environmental Technologies and engineering consulting positions. Educationally, Abheek is pursuing an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
