Richard Sanchez, MSIO, has an extensive background in leadership and automotive technology. Serving as a Major with The Salvation Army since July 1999, Richard holds the position of Corps Commanding Officer, overseeing local non-profit operations as an ordained minister. Prior to this role, Richard spent three years as an Automotive Technician at General Motors and other notable establishments in New York City, where expertise in vehicle diagnosis and repair was achieved, alongside ASE certification. Academically, Richard obtained a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Salem State University and a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Alliance University, complemented by training at The Salvation Army College for Officer Training.
