Roni Diaz

Roni Diaz currently serves as Vice President of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at Salvia BioElectronics since April 2025. Previously, Roni held the position of VP of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at BlueWind Medical from January 2020 to January 2025, where Roni successfully led the FDA de novo submission and CE Mark approval for the Revi neuromodulation system, building and scaling the regulatory and clinical departments. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Global Clinical Affairs at INSIGHTEC from February 2018 to January 2020, driving clinical strategy for focused ultrasound technology across various conditions. Roni also directed clinical studies at Abbott from May 2005 to August 2017, managing international studies for Class III neuromodulation medical devices, and was the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Retractable Technologies from March 2001 to May 2005, overseeing regulatory submissions and quality systems for Class II medical devices. Roni earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from San José State University between January 1992 and January 1996.
