Paula Ferreira Martins is an accomplished professional in the cultural and arts sector, currently serving as Program Manager at Salzburg Global Seminar where the focus is on utilizing the transformative power of the arts to influence policy and foster creative communities globally. Previously, Paula was the Global Marketing Project Manager at Red Bull, leading the Red Bull Music Festival program, and spent over eight years at Time for Fun - T4F Entretenimento S/A, managing international music events and significantly growing the Lollapalooza Brazil festival. Paula's career also includes roles at the Secretaria Municipal de Cultura in São Paulo and as a Partnerships and Marketing Assistant at Escola São Paulo, showcasing a strong background in marketing, project management, and community engagement. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from Universidade de São Paulo and completed an exchange year at Scarsdale Senior High School in New York.
