Tsukasa Kawabe serves as President and COO of SAMCO Inc. since October 2016, previously holding various senior leadership roles within the company such as Senior Executive Officer, Director of Global Business, and Executive Vice President. Prior to that, Tsukasa was the Director of New Business & Global Business Development at SAMCO from October 2014 to October 2016. Beginning a career at Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. in April 1999, Tsukasa gained extensive experience in project management and R&D for underground power lines until June 2006. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management and Global Supply Chain Management from Purdue University, supplemented by a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Kyoto University.
