Khalid Shoukri

Khalid Shoukri is a seasoned policy and intelligence analyst with extensive experience in various governmental and private sector roles. Currently serving as a Policy Analyst for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and as an Open Source Intelligence Analyst for samdesk, Khalid is adept at collecting and assessing OSINT assets while providing situational reports on critical issues such as the conflict in Ukraine. Previous positions include policy analysis at Public Safety Canada, strategic analysis at the Department of National Defence, and policy-related roles at CATSA and the Canadian Construction Association. Khalid holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Political Science with a focus on International Relations, both from Carleton University.
