Samedi GmbH offers all service providers in the healthcare sector interdisciplinary, web-based networking based on joint process planning and patient coordination with the highest security requirements. Medical practices, clinics and medical service providers can use the Samedi to jointly control their workflows and resource planning and achieve optimal utilization through improved coordination. Based on the platform architecture, treatments can be coordinated across locations, online referrals can be made and information can be exchanged securely, and patients can also be offered online appointments (without the usual telephone loop). Thanks to the integrated notification system, patients can be automatically reminded of appointments by SMS and informed about appointment postponements, as well as receive additional information by email, such as anamnesis sheets for first appointments, information sheets or directions.
