Herve WALTER has extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as COO, CTO, and CMO at SAMES since September 2013, where responsibilities include strategy definition, product roadmap, business development, and communication, along with sourcing and M&A activities. Previously, as CEO of SAMES KREMLIN CO.LTD from May 2008 to October 2013, Herve successfully expanded operations across China and Southeast Asia, significantly increasing revenue and establishing a distribution network. Earlier positions at SAMES included R&D Project Manager and R&D Lab Manager, where Herve oversaw international production site installations and developed key product lines. Early career experience includes roles as Commissioning Engineer and Test Engineer at Soule Transports Systems. Herve holds multiple degrees from INSA Toulouse in Mechanical and Robotics Engineering, along with an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and additional training in Branding Strategies from KEDGE Business School.
