SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health) is Scotland's national mental health charity. With one in four of us experiencing a mental health problem each year, the work of SAMH is crucial to Scotland's well-being. We have been working to promote mental health in Scotland since 1923.

Our services are built upon our belief that people with mental health problems should be ambitious about their futures.
