Esfand also serves as chairman and chief executive officer for Sammons Financial Group. He has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Esfand is past chairman of the board for LL Global, parent organization of LIMRA and LOMA. He currently serves on the ACLI Board of Directors, the insurance advocacy association. Esfand joined Sammons Financial Group in 1999, he is a graduate of Drake University.
