Tom Swain

Tom Swain currently serves as the Head of UK & Ireland at Samotics, focusing on enhancing resilience and sustainability in industrial organizations through Electrical Signature Analysis. Prior to this role, Tom was with Anglian Water Services as the Price Review 2024 Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included leading the development of a £4bn investment plan for the water sector. Tom also held various positions at Severn Trent Water, including Regional Network Optimisation Lead, where management of network optimization teams was key. Tom's early career included roles in digital audio consultancy and extensive contributions to the water industry, highlighted by participation in the Institute of Water Rising Stars program. Tom holds a BSc in Environmental Science from Nottingham Trent University.
