Deva Nareswara

Deva Nareswara currently serves as the General Manager of the Wood Pellet Factory at Sampoerna Kayoe, where responsibilities include leading factory operations, overseeing production, and maintaining quality control. Deva has extensive experience in strategic planning with a focus on greenfield projects and business projections for long-term sustainability. Previous roles include Lead Strategist and Senior Associate Strategist, where Deva managed improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives with significant capital investments. Teaching experience includes programming at KodeKiddo and serving as an Assistant Professor at Parahyangan Catholic University. Deva holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
