Charlie M. has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. In 2012, they started working at Google as an Account Strategist. From 2015 to 2017, they joined Enervee as a Customer Success Manager, where they contributed to the growth of support teams and led operations to improve the utility customer validation process. In 2018, Charlie M. moved on to Samsara, starting as a Sales Engineer and quickly progressing to the role of Manager I, Sales Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Manager II, Sales Engineering at Samsara.

Charlie M. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Charlie later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Urban Science and Informatics from the NYU Center for Urban Science + Progress, which they completed between 2017 and 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Charlie has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed a Geographic Information Systems Specialization consisting of five courses from the University of California, Davis. In the same year, they also obtained a certification in Introduction to Complexity from the Santa Fe Institute. More recently, in 2020, Charlie acquired certifications in Oil & Gas Industry Operations and Markets from Duke University and Leadership: Practical Leadership Skills from Udemy. In 2017, they also completed a course called The Python Bible™ | Everything You Need to Program in Python from Udemy.
