Leonard Fernando

Leonard Fernando is a Jr Quality Specialist at Samsara since July 2023, previously working as an Autonomous Vehicle Test Specialist at Cruise from April 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included monitoring vehicle behavior in autonomous mode and training new Autonomous Vehicle Trainers. Prior to that, Leonard served as an Autonomous Vehicle Trainer at Apple for a brief period, focusing on customer engagement and technical problem-solving as a Sales Specialist. Leonard began a career in technology as a Research Assistant at the University of San Francisco, contributing to a code generator project that bridged visual and textual coding languages. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco and completed further education at Springboard from 2020 to 2021.
