Rick Heil

Rick Heil currently serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Security at Samsara, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate-facing tools such as endpoint management and data loss prevention. Previously at Samsara, Rick led the initial Enterprise Security team and served as a Staff Client Platform Engineer, focusing on device management systems. Prior to Samsara, Rick held various IT leadership roles at MERGE, including Vice President of Information Technology, where contributions included architecting an information security program. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Security and Virtualization at RootCuBE, and earlier positions at Apple and the Archdiocese of Boston. Rick holds a degree from SUNY Oneonta, earned from 2006 to 2011.
