Wim Baert

Wim Baert is an experienced professional in sales administration and logistics, currently serving as VP of Sales Administration & Logistics at Samsonite since December 2021. Prior to this role, Baert held various key positions at Samsonite Europe NV from June 1990 to December 2021, including Director of Distribution Administration & Logistics, Director of Distribution Administration, Retail Finance Controller, Director of Credit & Receivables, Manager of Credit & Receivables, and Cost Accountant. Baert obtained a licencié in Economics from Ghent University, having studied there from 1983 to 1989. Earlier education includes attending OLVO Oostende from 1980 to 1983 and St. Bernarduscollege Nieuwpoort from 1974 to 1980, as well as primary education at Ecole primaire in Leysin from 1969 to 1974.
