Jurate Kelly-Rand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Currently serving as the Assistant Community Manager at Fairstead since February 2023, Jurate has previously held the position of Leasing Manager at Samuels & Associates and National Development. Jurate’s career began with roles as a Leasing Consultant at Equity Residential and Management Oversight at ROX|DOT, overseeing apartment management in Boston. Additionally, Jurate has experience as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and in business development. Jurate’s early career included significant management responsibilities at Abercrombie & Fitch in London, where strong leadership and sales skills were demonstrated. Jurate holds a Graduate International Tourism & Business degree and a Bachelor of Science in International Tourism Management and Business from Middlesex University.
