Kevin P. G. is a seasoned property accountant with extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Samuels & Associates since July 2023, Kevin previously held similar positions at WS Development and has worked in various accounting roles at companies such as Beacon Hill Staffing Group, Lupoli Companies, and WinnCompanies. Kevin's expertise includes the implementation of accounting software such as Yardi Voyager and QuickBooks, as well as financial analysis to support senior management decision-making. Kevin's earlier career includes significant roles at Great Point Investors LLC, Lexington Realty Trust, and Brookwood Financial Partners, where responsibilities encompassed general ledger closing, financial reporting, and portfolio management. Kevin's foundational experience began at Mass General Brigham and Massachusetts General Hospital, where responsibilities included senior accounting and treasury functions. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New England College.
