Prior positions include Senior Director of Development at the University of Texas at Arlington, where contributions supported the College of Business's growth, and various leadership roles at KERA, The Trust for Public Land, and University of North Texas, among others. Julie holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas.
