Kristin's earlier career includes roles in marketing and community relations, such as at ECHL Inc. and the Trenton Devils, where Kristin managed sponsorships and coordinated league-wide events. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Montclair State University, strengthening a foundation in business and marketing.
