Jamie Exon serves as the Sr. Director of SDGE Technology at San Diego Gas & Electric since January 2008, playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision for technology in both customer and utility operations. Jamie's leadership is focused on revolutionizing customer interactions through innovative digital products that enhance engagement and improve service accessibility. Previous titles at San Diego Gas & Electric include Director of Digital & IT Customer Services, Director of Digital Acceleration, and Business Technology Solutions Manager for Asset Management, among others. Jamie's experience spans managing major projects in Electric Distribution Operations and Smart Grid innovations, with a strong background in software development and IT project management. Jamie holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos.
