Kimberly Vargas

Kimberly Vargas, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the San Diego Symphony and an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, Kimberly also founded Integrative HR Partners LLC, a consulting firm focused on HR support for small to medium-sized businesses. Previous positions include Vice President and Human Resources Director for INTO University Partnerships, Human Resources Director at Insperity, and roles at Modern Postcard and GEICO. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Centenary College of Louisiana.
