Meena Westford is a highly experienced professional in water policy and management, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the San Diego County Water Authority. With a background as an Executive Policy Advisor for Colorado River Programs and previous roles as Special Projects Manager at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Meena has also held senior positions at the San Diego County Water Authority as Public Affairs Senior Manager and Water Policy Manager.
