Emily Bird SHRM-SCP is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in people operations. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations for the San Francisco 49ers since July 2020, Emily has progressively advanced from Senior Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Manager at the same organization. Prior to this role, Emily managed day-to-day HR functions at Woodland Park Zoo as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on full life cycle recruiting and employee relations. Experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Seattle Hospitality Group involved overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting and onboarding. Earlier in the career, Emily worked as a Staff Accountant at Jones Soda Co. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Fresno, earned in 2007.
