Brandon Kissinger is an experienced professional in emergency response and security management, currently serving as the Emergency Response Coordinator for the Washington Department of Children, Youth, and Families since May 2023. Prior roles include Security Operations Coordinator at Warner Bros. Discovery, Manager of Security Services at GardaWorld, and Medical Assistant in various healthcare settings such as Swedish Medical Center. Brandon has a diverse background, having worked in executive protection with Citadel Security Services and as Medical Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Defense. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration from American Military University and ongoing studies in CyberSecurity at NGT Academy, alongside certifications in Emergency Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Health Science.

As the government agency that stewards the Children and Youth Fund, we accept the responsibility that comes with resources derived from property taxes upon unceded and colonized land.
