Christopher Veatch

Christopher Veatch, MBA, CSSBB, PMP, currently serves as a Salesforce Solutions Engineer at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) since February 2011, where Christopher leads technical architecture and development for various implementation projects aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency. Previously, Christopher held the position of Senior Business Solutions Engineer, focusing on automating complex business processes to improve data availability and reporting accuracy. Prior to SFMTA, Christopher worked as a Management Analysis Consultant for the US Coast Guard, assisting in the establishment of a modernization strategy, and as a Management Analysis & Human Capital Management Consultant with the US Air Force, where Christopher led large-scale implementations yielding significant savings in human capital. Christopher holds an MBA in Management, Leadership, and Organizational Transformation from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, along with a BS in Physiological Sciences from the University of Arizona.
