Shana Dines

Shana Dines is a seasoned professional in employee and labor relations, currently serving as the Senior Employee & Labor Relations Manager at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) since May 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at BART, where Shana held positions such as Director of Labor Relations, Assistant Chief Labor Relations Officer, and Manager of Labor Relations from October 2016 to May 2022. Earlier career experience includes being the Teammate/Labor Relations Manager at Virgin America and serving as an Employee & Labor Relations Representative for the City and County of San Francisco. Shana's foundational experience includes roles as Co-Editor-In-Chief for Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and as a Legal Intern at the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
