Jessica Choy

Jessica Choy currently serves as a Temporary Librarian I at the City of Menlo Park since August 2023 and has been a Library Assistant at the San Francisco Public Library since November 2021. Previous experience includes a Children Services Internship at the San Bruno Public Library, focusing on storytime training, collection development, and after-school programming. Jessica's extensive background also includes a long tenure at UNITE HERE, where roles included Deputy Director and Senior Research Analyst. Academically, Jessica Choy holds a Master of Library & Information Science from San Jose State University, an AM in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago, and a BA in Interdisciplinary Study of Culture from Scripps College.
