Deb Lane

Deb Lane currently serves as the Water Conservation Administrator at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Deb Lane spent a decade as a member of the Board of Directors for Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper and contributed significantly as a Water Resources Analyst for the City of Santa Rosa from July 2007 to October 2024. Deb Lane also held leadership positions, including Co-Chair of the Landscape Committee for the California Urban Water Conservation Council and Board Chair for the Bay-Friendly Landscaping and Gardening Coalition. Earlier in Deb Lane's career, experience included serving as the Water Conservation Manager at Cagwin & Dorward from 2005 to 2007. Deb Lane obtained an education from Mills College, graduating between 1985 and 1988.
