Manisha Kothari is an experienced water resources professional currently serving as the Manager for the Alternative Water Supply Program at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) since 2006, focusing on sustainable water supply development. Previously held the position of Senior Water Resources Planner, overseeing projects related to recycled water, potable reuse, and desalination. Manisha is also a 2021 USA Fellow with Eisenhower Fellowships, a program that fosters global exchange among leaders.
