Daniel Ong is an experienced librarian with a career spanning multiple institutions since the mid-1980s. Currently serving as Librarian II at the San Jose Public Library since August 1996, Daniel has also held the position of Adjunct Librarian at Evergreen Valley College from September 2000 to August 2022. Prior roles include Music Specialist at Notre Dame de Namur University from July 1992 to August 1996, Library Assistant at Pollard Memorial Library from June 1990 to September 1991, and Student Assistant at O'Leary Library at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell from June 1984 to May 1990. Daniel earned both a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music in Music Performance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
