Katie Suba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and community engagement. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Analyst and previously as a Literacy Program Specialist at San Jose Public Library since February 2021, Katie has a strong background in supporting diverse educational initiatives. Prior roles include Impact Director at City Year San José/Silicon Valley, where service to the East San José community was emphasized, and Assistant Director of Alumni Outreach at the University of California San Diego, fostering connections among alumni. Earlier experience at UC Santa Cruz included roles as Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, Alumni and Student Outreach Coordinator, Provost Events and Outreach Coordinator, and Resident Assistant. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay.
