Lisa Molson is a seasoned librarian with extensive experience in the public library system, currently serving as Librarian II at San Jose Public Library since February 2019, following a role as Librarian I. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a consultant at Shmoop, focusing on content management and quality assurance from October 2012 to April 2017. Lisa began a career in telecommunications, holding various roles including Project Manager at XO Communications and Project Implementation Coordinator at MCI/Worldcom, where project management and customer relations were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes customer service at Brooks Fiber and production scheduling at BT. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Santa Clara University.
