Lizzie Nolan is a seasoned librarian with extensive experience in public library services. Currently serving as a Senior Librarian at San Jose Public Library since November 2015, Lizzie has previously held the position of Children's Librarian at DC Public Library from January 2012 to September 2015. Lizzie also has academic experience as a Digital Collections Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park, while pursuing a Master of Library & Information Science. Additionally, Lizzie has a diverse background in various roles, including a communications assistant at the Sunlight Foundation, a web development intern at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration, and a range of odd jobs. Lizzie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culture & Communications, Art History, and Politics from Ithaca College.
