Michelle Clark is an experienced librarian with a strong background in educational content management. Currently serving as a Librarian at the San Jose Public Library since June 2018, Michelle previously held the role of Teen Librarian for the City of Redwood City, where the focus was on fostering a supportive environment for young adults. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Cengage Learning for a decade in various project management roles, including Senior Content Project Manager, overseeing content development for educational materials across multiple disciplines. Michelle began the career path as an Ancillary Coordinator at Thomson Learning and gained early experience as an Author's Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in British Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
