Praveen M. has over 20 years of experience in leadership IT roles in various life sciences and technology companies. Praveen has worked as a Technology Leader in companies such as Biogen, Teradyne, Oracle, Monster, Motorola, and Aspen Tech, where they facilitated executive management in envisioning future states of enterprise applications and implemented modernization projects for platforms like ERP, HCM, SCM, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Integrations. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Enterprise Platforms at TESARO, Inc. In 2019, they joined Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. as the Head of Technology Operations & Business Platforms until 2021 when they moved to TCR² Therapeutics Inc. as the Vice President and Head of Information Technology. Currently, in 2022, they are working at Sana Biotechnology, Inc. as the Vice President and Head of Information Technology, focusing on leveraging technology to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Praveen M. has pursued a variety of educational degrees. Praveen obtained a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal. Additionally, they hold an M.S degree in Computer Science from New Mexico State University. Praveen also completed Project Management training at the Project Management Training Institute, earning a PMP certification in the field.
