Mark Miles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and implementation management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Implementation for North America at Sana Commerce since July 2014, Mark oversees a team that customizes E-commerce platforms in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, emphasizing client service and timely delivery. Prior to this role, Mark was the Chief Information Officer at Aden & Anais, Inc., where responsibilities included building a global IT infrastructure and managing various E-commerce and logistics systems. Earlier in the career, Mark served as Manager of Information Technology for North America at SIG Combibloc, successfully leading an IT overhaul and ERP implementation. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
