Shannon Nolder has extensive experience in the field of inspection and notary services. Currently serving as a notary and signing agent for home loans at the National Notary Association since March 2016, Shannon has also held multiple roles including Field Service Representative at Sand Castle Field Services and Auditor at Midwest Technical Inspections, Inc. since 2014. In addition, Shannon has been a Field Representative for National Creditors Connection Inc., Collateral Specialists Inc., and SiteCheck Solutions, focusing on various inspection tasks. Previous self-employment includes conducting on-site and insurance inspections, as well as assisting clients with loss mitigation paperwork. Additionally, Shannon has managerial experience from a tenure as Evening Manager at Three Bears Alaska and administrative background as a Secretary with the Anchorage School District. Shannon graduated from Bartlett High School in 1998 with a high school diploma in General Studies.
