Prior to these positions, William served in the US Army from February 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included acting as a Sexual Harassment and Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) victim advocate, along with roles as a Heavy Equipment Transport Driver/Team Leader and Highway Operation Supervisor. William holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Southwest University El Paso, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Colorado State University Global, and associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Corrections, as well as General Studies from Troy University.
