Melissa Pounds

Melissa Pounds has over 15 years of experience in employee relations and case management. Since September 2011, Melissa has served as Field Employee Relations Manager at Sanderson Farms Chicken, where responsibilities include managing employee relations within the organization. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Case Manager for the Georgia Department of Family and Children’s Services from March 2005 to September 2011. Melissa Pounds holds a degree from the University of West Georgia, attended from 1995 to 2000.
