Craig Tewell

Craig Tewell is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as R&D Director at Sandia National Laboratories since June 2004. Tewell has held various leadership positions including R&D Director for both CBRND & Energy Technology and Biological, Radiation, and Signature Science & Technology Center, as well as R&D Senior Manager and Chief of Staff for the California Laboratory. Prior to Sandia, Tewell worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Materials Science and at ExxonMobil as a Project Engineer. Academic credentials include a PhD in Physical Chemistry and a BS in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from North Carolina State University, along with a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
