Heather Kraemer

Heather Kraemer is a seasoned professional at Sandia National Laboratories, where an extensive career spans from March 2000 to the present. Currently serving as Manager of R&D Science and Engineering, responsibilities include guiding teams of Computer Scientists to meet project commitments. Previous roles encompass leadership in Information Systems Engineering, Principal R&D Analyst, Technical Integration Lead, Integrated Risk Manager, Technical Project Lead & Systems Analyst, and Production Planner & Program Engineer. Throughout the years, Heather has facilitated collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, developed management strategies, and overseen technical projects, consistently leveraging expertise in systems engineering and risk management. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and an MBA, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of New Mexico.
