Joseph Carney

Joseph Carney is an accomplished software engineering manager and Oracle solutions architect at Sandia National Laboratories, where responsibilities include comprehensive database management and migration from SQL to Oracle, as well as developing custom applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). With a background in business analysis and calc engine analysis at Hewitt Associates, Joseph has a strong foundation in user requirements gathering and application development. Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UNM Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
