Stephanie Booth

Stephanie Booth is an accomplished R&D Manager at Sandia National Laboratories, responsible for overseeing research focused on safe spent nuclear fuel storage, transportation, and disposal solutions since October 2018. With a background in mechanical engineering, Stephanie has also worked as an R&D S&E Mechanical Engineer, conducting research on shock and strain testing in harsh environments. Previous experience includes a role as a System Engineer at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, and positions as a Research and Development Engineer at DropWorks, Inc., and a Research Aide at Arizona State University. Stephanie completed an internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, participating in multidisciplinary studies and organizing mission architecture explorations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.
