James Adam Roman

James Adam Roman is an experienced Content Manager currently overseeing digital asset management for the Seertech LMS platform at Sandler LLC since July 2023. Previously, Roman held multiple roles at GP Strategies Corporation from December 2013 to January 2023, including managing an extensive elearning library, leading instructional designers, and facilitating innovative course designs. Early career experience includes freelance design work at Roman's Workshop, lead multimedia development at GP Strategies, and training development at Syandus Inc, where Roman specialized in creating interactive training simulations. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institutes, earned between 2002 and 2005.
