Frank Kellenberg

Frank Kellenberg has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Frank is currently working at Sandoz as the Vice President, Global Head of Culture & Inclusion, where they drive the D&I agenda and ensures its integration into various talent management and leadership development processes. Prior to this, they held the role of Global Head of Org Development & Inclusion at Sandoz, where they partnered with business leaders and HR colleagues to address complex organizational challenges and develop OD capabilities across the company.

Before joining Sandoz, Frank worked at RE-HUMANIZE, where they provided coaching and consulting services. Frank also held several key positions at Novartis, including Head of People & Organization Global Franchises and Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic talent management, leadership development, D&I, and culture initiatives.

Prior to their time at Novartis, Frank worked as a Coach & Consultant at Coaching & Beratung and Global Head Development & Training Group Functions and adidas Brand HQ at adidas. Frank also had significant contributions at Ingram Micro as the Head of Learning & Development Central Region, where they oversaw HR development, organizational development, and learning & development products and tools.

Frank's earlier career includes roles at Commax AG as a Senior Consultant, Siemens as the Director Leadership & Development IC mobile, Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an HR Business Consultant, and Siemens Nixdorf as an HR Manager.

Frank Kellenberg holds an MBA degree in Business Psychology from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Frank also obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Adult Education from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained an HR Expert Equity, Diversity & Inclusion certification from HRC International Group in July 2023. In 2021-2022, they attended Hult Ashridge for a program in Organization Design, but did not obtain a degree from there.
