Frank Kellenberg has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Frank Kellenberg holds an MBA degree in Business Psychology from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Frank also obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Adult Education from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained an HR Expert Equity, Diversity & Inclusion certification from HRC International Group in July 2023. In 2021-2022, they attended Hult Ashridge for a program in Organization Design, but did not obtain a degree from there.
