Melissa Worrell has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Melissa started their career in 1998 as a Developer at MARTEX Software, where they worked until 2011. Following that, they joined Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as a Sr. Information Specialist for four years. In 2015, they moved to Novartis Business Services and served as a Commercial Analytics Product Manager before becoming a Senior Project Manager Commercial Analytics. Since 2018, Melissa has been associated with Sandoz, where they have held various positions including Head of CRM & Analytics Western Europe, Head of CRM and Business Analytics Europe, and CRM & Salesforce Engagement Digital Lead. Currently, they are the Global Head Commercial Applications at Sandoz.
Melissa Worrell received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Texas at Austin from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in eBusiness from Texas Christian University from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, Melissa has certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, all obtained in 2020.
