Candy Ng has over 20 years of experience in the human resources and operations sectors. From June 2011 to March 2023, Candy held various senior positions at Sands China, culminating in the role of Director of Human Resources, overseeing multiple HR functions including recruitment, benefits administration, and departmental budgeting. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Relations & Operations Manager at East Asia Airlines Limited, where responsibilities encompassed account servicing, project management, and operational oversight across multiple reservations and logistics teams. Earlier, at UNSW, Candy obtained a Master's Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation (Operation Management).
