Brian Rapp

Brian Rapp is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the mental health and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sandstone Care, Rapp leads a national provider of mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents, young adults, and families. Prior to this role, Rapp was Managing Director at Blackstone, where leadership focused on investments in healthcare services. As Chief Operating and Strategy Officer at Compass Health Center, Rapp contributed to the largest PHP/IOP service provider in North America, specializing in intensive outpatient services for various mental health challenges. Rapp's career began at McKinsey & Company, where a decade was spent as Partner working with major public companies and private equity investors. Rapp holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
